The Empress Of Ice Cream

I have an ice cream maker, and I have a book of Ben and Jerry's ice cream recipes. Realising that there was a synergy between these two items that I had been overlooking, I hastened forthwith into the kitchen. I am now the proud owner of a litre of Mocha Swiss Chocolate Almond, which is without doubt the ice cream of the gods.

Scratch that. To paraphrase Dawn French, it's not the gods'. It's mine.

I've thought about getting an icecream maker, and then I thought it'd probably turn out to be one of those cupboard space consuming things that I never get around to using. But perhaps not.
