Cheesy

I've always wondered what "American cheese" is. It turns out that it's cheddar or colby emulsified with water.

Who would be so cruel as to emulsify an innocent piece of cheddar? And why? Cheddar doesn't look in imminent need of emulsification to me.

Wait. Could this be like... Chesdale? No! Cheese cruelty is global!

Hello! I was sent by Baddass to see if you know a pudding. It's like a lemon meringue pie only I think it has mango in the middle and passionfruit drizzled over the top of the meringue.

Sorry, I'm going to have to let you down here as I've never heard of this one. You could always use a lemon meringue pie recipe and swap the lemon juice for mango and self-drizzle the passionfruit, though.

Thanks! I thought it might be the New Zealand national dish or something.
