Yes, they talked about this as a one in 200 year flood but I think it's now likely to be much more frequent than that, sadly.
I'm crossing my fingers about the weather at the beach, but whatever the weather, I plan to fully enjoy it. I've put some drawing books on my tablet and will be taking some drawing materials with me since I'll actually have some time to devote to it.
