Today I'm making some pretty diagrams for a client. I have to do this because, I am informed, upper management "doesn't like to read".

It's a newspaper company.

haha Maybe, that's why newspapers and news sites are full of typing errors nowadays! It always annoys me. One every now and then is understandable, but this is quite different.

Yes, in the modern era with less and less money to be made from news, copyeditors have become an endangered species.
