Butter: A Compendium Of Facts
1. Large amounts of unsalted butter are required to make squidgy chocolate brownies.
2. Unsalted butter becomes very soft on a hot Auckland day.
3. Cats like butter, and therefore soft unsalted butter about to be used for squidgy chocolate brownies must be stored at some distance from the floor, for example on the top of a large fridge.
