Got me at last
I was determined not to comfort bake my way through lockdown, but there was a really great-looking recipe in a magazine and my isolation buddy was coming over...
At least I sent her away with most of them. What I loved about these is that they're pretty much a duplicate of cookies I love at a particular cookie store, but without all the crap in them. (By which I mean artificial whatever, not good stuff. There's butter in these and oceans of chocolate.)
