Just finished my Pilates at 1.58 a.m. because it was on my to-do list. Which is not to say that I always must do everything on my to-do list. Hahahahaha! Rather, it is to say that I was desperate to get ONE thing on my to-do list done. And I did. Yay! The rest of my list, however, may feel at liberty to suck it.

I've heard so many people talking about Pilates recently. Is it really as beneficial as they claim?

Oh yes, it's fantastic. The best thing about it is the way it gives you strength that's useful. You can lift weights in the gym and go home and sprain yourself lifting a shopping bag, but Pilates strength is strength you really feel working for you in everyday life. I also love the way it's so comprehensive. I only do mat work at home as my work schedule rarely leaves me time to get to a gym, but that's more than enough. Love it.
